2. Products & Orders
2.1 All product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate at the time of listing. However, slight variations may occur due to the handmade or custom nature of some items.
2.2 Orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a refund.
2.3 Custom poetry orders are personalised and created based on the details provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information.
2.4 Once a custom poem order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if work has already begun.
3. Payment & Pricing
3.1 Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure payment gateway. We accept major credit and debit cards.
3.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but this will not affect orders already placed.
4. Delivery & Shipping
4.1 We offer both UK and international shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4.4 If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 All products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
5.2 If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days to initiate a return.

5.4 Refunds will be processed within 7 working days upon receiving the returned item.
