Returns
As all our products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 7 days, and we’ll be happy to assist you. To start the return process, simply contact us with your order details. Once we receive the faulty item, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
